Councillor Steve Desroches, joined by Mayor Jim Watson, were pleased to participate in the Chinese New Year celebration in Barrhaven at Mother Theresa High School on February 5, 2012. 2012 is the Year of the Dragon for the Chinese community. The city recently named the newest park on Chapman Mills Drive Water Dragon Park.
