As of Tuesday, November 2nd, Ottawa Public Health (OPH) has received 5,500 doses of the unadjuvanted vaccine. The vaccine was ordered by the federal government as an alternative to the adjuvanted vaccine already being offered in Ottawa and across Canada. The unadjuvanted vaccine will be made available to pregnant women as an option when they visit Ottawa Public Health vaccination clinics starting Thursday, November 5th.

OPH is also in discussions with alternate service providers to set up designated clinics for pregnant women.
