Five-year technology roadmap session for IT vendors |

The City of Ottawa in partnership with the Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI) are hosting an information session for technology vendors to present the City’s Five-Year Technology Roadmap.
Technology vendors who presently do business with the City or are interested in future opportunities will benefit from attending this special information session. The session will be held on Friday, February 5 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Nepean Sportsplex, 1701 Woodroffe Avenue.
The Technology Roadmap responds to transforming the way municipal government operates, and maps out the process that will move the City forward to becoming a citizen-centric and eGovernment municipality. This process aligns with key corporate initiatives, which recommends large-scale strategic technology investments that will improve how the City engages, interacts with, and provides services and information to its residents.
Doors open at 12:30 and participation is free. There is limited capacity so participation is limited to three representatives per organization. Register online through the OCRI website (http://www.ocri.ca/events/ocripartnered-ottawa.asp).
